EnlightenMD, a 15-year-old, growing and evolving Medical Spa in Dallas, is looking for a the a front desk receptionist. Individual must be highly motivated with exceptional customer service skills. Prior spa, medical spa, resort, or hospitality experience is preferred!

At EnlightenMD, we pride ourselves on being client-centric and are seeking a staff addition who will consistently go the extra mile for our loyal clientele. A passion for the beauty and wellness industry will help the successful applicant excel in this position. The ideal candidate will be a TEAM player with strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The ability to stay calm under pressure is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent customer service to all clients in-person, over the phone and through text/email inquiries;
• Educate clients on Enlighten’s services, products and treatment options;
• Operating of multi-line phone system by answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking messages and ensuring prompt delivery to proper staff member;
• Monitor and respond to office voicemail, email inquiries and text messages throughout the day;

Intelligent booking using Millennium software;
