I have been a client at Enlighten for 15 years and consider this spa family. Sophie Terzo is someone I see weekly and every single time she is a ray of sunshine. Sophie goes above and beyond for myself and my entire family. It would be very difficult to find a more caring and knowledgeable medical professional that genuinely cares the way that Sophie does. A friend recommended me to Sohie to start my GLP-1 journey. I was very hesitant because I have seen people go to the extreme on these medications, so I was more interested in a slow and gradual process to get back to my goal weight - definitely wanted to avoid Ozempic face. Sophie was AMAZING!!  Starting with my first consultation appointment, she was very thorough in educating me on everything from diet, exercise,  how the GLP-1s work, and even the different types. I would meet (quick check-in) with Sophie weekly and she did an amazing job holding me accountable on diet, exercise, weight. Sophie is so personable, knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I gradually and healthily got down to my preferred weight. I can confidently say, my GLP-1 journey has been much more successful than others.  I still keep in touch with Sophie and consider her one of the kindest people I know. I honestly can't say enough amazing things about Enlighten MD. I'm from Miami and traveled all the way to Dallas specifically to come here. It exceeded every expectation I had.
From the second I walked through the door, I felt so welcomed. Every single person I met was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me look and feel my best. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in every part of the experience.
Kari is absolutely incredible. She put together the perfect treatment plan for me and explained everything so thoroughly. She's an absolute genius when it comes to aesthetics, and I trusted her completely. I never once felt like I was being sold something I didn't need, only treatments that were truly right for me.
I had Sofwave with Abby, and she was amazing. She also recommended skincare products that have completely transformed my skin. I bought every single product she recommended, and I'm obsessed with all of them. My skin has honestly never looked better.
I also had injectables with Dayna, and I can't say enough about her. I was so nervous beforehand, but she immediately made me feel comfortable. She is incredibly patient, honest, and has such a gentle touch. She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me the best advice. The results are absolutely perfect, so natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for.
Erica was wonderful for my laser hair removal treatment too. She was so friendly, professional, and made the entire experience so easy.
And as if all of that wasn't enough, they even have the cutest boutique! I couldn't resist buying one of their adorable shirts.
It's rare to find a place where every single person is exceptional, but that's exactly what Enlighten MD is. Traveling from Miami to Dallas was worth every mile, and I'll continue making the trip because I truly wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin. Rachel Austin is truly exceptional. My first interaction with her was actually a chance encounter during a visit to Dallas about nine years ago. When I moved to Dallas shortly after, I knew immediately that I had found the stylist I wanted to trust with my hair—and that decision has proven itself over and over again.

Rachel completely transformed my hair. She corrected my texture, refined the color beautifully, and gave me a cut that finally worked with my hair instead of against it. What impressed me most was not just the immediate improvement, but her consistent attention to detail and care over the years.

Had a few treatments with Massages by Chris. She is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and skilled. I’ve been getting sports massages for over 20 years and she is the best I’ve known.
